Schenectady County, one of 12 New York State counties with families
at high risk for residential fires, has been chosen to participate
in a smoke alarm installation program. Firefighters from various
fire departments in the county will conduct home visits to residents
in their fire districts to install free smoke alarms and provide
fire safety education. |
